TQM is the only effective way to achieve the primary emerging goal of all
environmental activists-pllution prevention.

business. In our own experience at Xerox, our TQM process-Leadership Through
Quality-has been translated to Environmental Leadership Through Quality.

environmental issues have to do with qualities of the production environment. As
such, TQM can enhance their achievement.
