European Union is made up of 28 member states which take part in activity to bring changes into the EU states.
There are 28 members which are part of the EU, some of the countries in the European Union are Spain, Italy,
France, Belgium and UK. The UK had joined the EU in January 1973. In 2016 the UK has voted to leave the
EU. The latest country to join the EU is Croatia, they had joined in July 2013. The EU discuss issues which
occur around the world and ones which occur within Europe itself.
