QUESTION 2: INVESTIGATIVE REPORT BACKGROUND Marx-Kingsway University is an Open Distance Learning (ODL) institution established in 2001. Since its inception, staff members, such as academics, administrators, technicians, and general workers would report in-person for work to execute their duties at the university. When Covid-19 struck, the university management made a pronouncement that academics, administrators, and technicians should work from home to avoid the spread of the virus among staff members. In other words, the teaching and learning and administration portfolios started to operate in a fully remote environment. However, general workers had to follow a rotational in-person work routine because it was the only means to execute their duties. INSTRUCTIONS The Principal and Vice Chancellor of Marx-Kingsway University, Professor Ugwu, requested you, Chairperson of the Advisory Board, to investigate the possibility of allowing academics, administrators, and technicians to continue working from home in the 2024 academic year. Write a formal report to be submitted to Professor Ugwu by 30 November 2023. Your report should not exceed 3 pages in length. Use the following headings and sub-headings:
