The client had to perform 4 diferent actvites each one getng increasingly intense with each
passing week. Their strengths and areas of improvement to this programme. The strengths of the
program were that the client was familiar with the exercises and was happy to do them as well as
they focused on cardiovascular actvity and working the entre body. The areas of improvement on
this programme was its intensity it was too much too quick especially on the running for my client. I
overestmated the abilites of the client, next tme to improve the actvites will have a more realistc
increase in intensity and slower.
