From the description, a significant project had never been undertaken. Despite this big responsibility, the project could be completed before the deadline. The project was handled by the eight leading contractors and several subcontractors mostly from Ontario. All this contracting companies jointly worked together to ensure that the project could be completed in time. They used to engage in frequent site meetings to see that all the activities were going on smoothly. Despite the challenges that were faced during the construction process for the project was to be started from scratch and be completed within the agreed time, the responsible companies worked together to achieve the target. Some companies became bankrupt, and the bonding companies came in quickly to ensure that there was little time lost during the period. All these factors combined contributed to the success that was achieved in this mega project that had not been handled in that region.
