MCSA Exam 70-740, Chapter 4 - Configuring Storage and File Systems - Terms access-based enumeration (ABE) - ANSWER-A feature of a file share that shows only file and folders to which a user has at least Read permission. access control entry (ACE) - ANSWER-An entry in a discretionary access control list (DACL); includes a security principal object and the object's assigned permissions. See also discretionary access control list (DACL). administrative shares - ANSWER-The folders that are shared by default on a network domain that administrator accounts can access. backplane - ANSWER-A synonym for motherboard, often used in the context of switches and routers. basic disk - ANSWER-A disk that uses basic storage, which means that it uses the partition table in the master boot record (MBR) to define disk partitions.
