Networking on a personal and professional level isthe fundamental and most important factor in providing patients with quality and excellent care.Health care workers can enhance their professional aspirations by communicating andparticipating in formal and informal networking with others through a variety of methods and fora variety of reasons. Through networking, health care professionals offer assistance and supportwhile establishing long-lasting relationships. In order to succeed in this program, I personally think networking at academic and professionallevel is key to success. I have contacts in my network who have been impactful in my career
