Locating the workbook and opening it
To open the fit floppies workbook you will have
turn to your desktop and open the “file” app
Once you have opened the “file” app you will
have to click onto the “OneDrive – Luton six
form” tab that is located on the left side of the
screen.
Once you have clicked the “OneDrive – Luton
six form” tab you will then need to double click
the fille that is called “IT level 3”
Once you have opened the “IT level 3” folder
you will see four more folders you should
double click the file named “Unit 42”
Once you have opened the “Unit 42” file you
will see the work book it is named “fit floppies
spread sheet”.
Once you have found it you should doble click it
to open it.
The menu work sheet
On the menu page you will find button at the top that automatically take you to the named page.
This was set up with formulars to create a quick process to change pages.
, in the screen shot above I was floating the arrow on the “data analysis” page to display the formular.
The formular is shown on the right side the rest of the information shows were the spread sheet is
located.
Once you click the button you will automatically switch to the page you have selected
As you can see I
switched pages by clicking the button. I went from the “menu” page to the “data analysis” page.
as you can see I have now switched back to the menu page.
Creating a Pivot table
a pivot table is used to display data to create a pivot table you have to firstly open the Microsoft
excel and click the “insert” tab at the top of the page.
