, Executive summary

In this business report I have been required to choose two retail outlets
out of five that I have been working on in my presentation. I will have to
analyse how the local businesses are structured to meet customer
needs.

Then I will assess how retail business is able to respond to change and
improve its competitiveness. Lastly I will evaluate how trends and
changes in the United Kingdom consumer market have imparted on two
contrasting national retailers.
