Polarisation
Making one side of an object positive and the other negative: bring it close without
making contact, negatives will move away as far as possible, then the ballon becomes
polarised (created a positive and negative side)
-electrons are not being removed, just moved, the number of each still stays the same
Keep positive charges where they were, cannot move
The neutral will become polarised and the negatively charged is what does the things to
be done
(Make sure when drawing a near trail count all and make sure it is NEUTRAL)
