Henry Williams, Part 3 Guided Reflection Questions Opening Questions How did the simulated experience of Henry Williams’s case make you feel? Like the other two simulations, The issue that brought frustration was understanding the exact goal of the simulation and how to accomplish that in the setup of the simulation. I also still struggle to find how to bring Ertha’s condition into Henry’s treatment. So overall, I was slightly confused and frustrated; however, I was able to do and help the pts with info that’s was given in the beginning of the vsim. What nursing actions did you feel were appropriate within this scenario? All of the different assessment tools were appropriate, the vital signs are almost always appropriate, education about many different topics, and calling the assisted living facility were all appropriate actions.
