This document contains an overview of the different types of business which exist. It focuses on the administrative burden which needs to be complied with as well as all the legal requirements which need to be followed. The majority of this course was focused on companies, more specifically on director and shareholder duties. The final units concern the insolvency process which needs to be followed once a company goes bankrupt.
