Mavis. (Hotel Transylvania)
Although Mavis was totally spoiled as a child by her father
Dracula since her mother Martha had been killed after her
birth, as time passed she became a stubborn and intelligent
vampire and in many ways a typical 118 (18) year old
teenager. She used to think that her childhood was boring
and no fun, as she had always dreamed of getting to know
the outside world, experiencing life and everything related
to it even though she couldn't.
When her father had promised her that she could go out to
the outer world when she was 118 years old, he nervously
suggested her to go to a Human Village just a little farther
from a cemetery. She accepted, saying it could be enough
for her first time, so she went to the village.
When her father had built one, Mavis did not know
anything, and neither did she know that the humans living
there were zombies that her father disguised as humans, in
order to impersonate them. Once Mavis realizes that the
humans are bad, she decides to stay at the hotel, which
makes her father much more relaxed. However, all this
changes when Jonathan meets her and they collide,
"clicking" at first sight. This makes them become curious
around her, asking questions and Mavis wanting to know
more about Jonathan, his travels and in this case, what
made them both fall in a kind of "forbidden love".
