What does a commercial pilot licence authorise you to do?

1) Fly a single pilot aeroplane as PIC while the aeroplane is engaged in any operation
2) fly a multi-pilot aeroplane as PIC while in any operation EXCEPT charter and RPT
3) fly an aeroplane as CO-PILOT while the aeroplane is engaged in ANY operation

What kinds of aeroplanes may a commercial pilot fly?

A/C has special design feature you must also hold that endorsement (e.g. CSU, RG)
