Speak Out is Network Rail's confidential reporting service run

company. You can use the service to report concerns, suspicions
or knowledge of wrongdoing
taking place at Network Rail.
14. What is CIRAS?
CIRAS is the Confidential Incident Reporting and Analysis
Service. It was established in 1996 and offers a confidential
reporting channel for people with health,
wellbeing and safety concerns.
