Characteristics :- MRS.GREN

-Movement :
The process by which the living organism move its body or part of it into a new
area and change position.


-Respiration :
The process in which the chemical reaction of breaking down of nutrients to
provide the energy needed for growth and tissue prepare.

-Sensation :
The process by which animal detect and sense the changes in their environment.

-Growth :

The process by which increase in size and dry mass happens due to the increase of
cell size and number.

-Reproduction :
The process by which the living organisms produces new individuals of their own
kind.

-Excretion :
The process in which the living organisms get rid of the harmful substances and
wastes and exit them out of the body.

-Nutrition :
The process in which obtaining food to provide energy for growth and tissue
repair.



*Note : The process of gaining food in Animals is Ingestion , in Plants is
Photosynthesis.
