The organic market is planning a free catered business lunch for 10 local businesses. The
market is celebrating 10 years in business and looking to expand its offerings. There is currently
an unfilled demand for premade meals with quality, local organic food. As demand is high and
the organic market is already an established company with suppliers, it’s a good time to enter
the market of providing quick meals and catering to customers in the required 25-mile radius.

Customers: The customers have created a demand for fresh lunches and event catering. This
free lunch catering project will provide meals to customers who subscribe to the market’s lunch
program.
Organic Market: The market will do the work to prepare the lunch for each business of up to 30
people. This is a good trial run and will hopefully give them an opportunity to earn more
customers.
