These notes summarise my first year BIO1000F course but also hold relevance to grade 12 biology. Some diagrams are provided in order to provide clarification for certain areas. Overall my notes take a look into cell biology, with a focus on genes, an in depth look into photosynthesis and respiration, enzymes and the transport of substances across membranes as well as many other fields of importance.
