- Rights that everyone must enjoy bcs they are human beings -
(Protected by Bill of Rights)
WAYS TO DEAL WIT H:
➢ Biz’s must respect the rights of emp’s & clients & may not violate it.
➢ It’s illegal 2 read other people’s emails or record any convo’s unless stated clearly & upfront.
➢ Personal info abt emp’s/C’s must be kept confid’ & shouldn't be given 2 anyone else.
WAYS TO DEAL WIT H:
➢ Workers shouldn’t be forced 2 do embarrassing or degrading work.
➢ Biz’s must value their emp’s regardless of socio-economic status & treat all emps w/ respect &
dignity.
, WAYS TO DEAL WIT H:
➢ The Biz must ensure that its W’s receive equal pay for work of equal value.
➢ Biz’s mustn’t discriminate against emp’s based on gender, race, religion etc. but give equal oppo’s.
WAYS TO DEAL WIT H:
➢ Emp has the right 2 …(def above)
➢ Biz’s shoul give emp’s a platform 2 raise their grievances w/o any victimisation by appointing
w-place reps.
WAYS TO DEAL WIT H:
➢ Emp’s must receive info on the CSI projects of the biz & how they will affect them.
➢ When new info becomes avail, the biz should inform emp’s abt it.
WAYS TO DEAL WIT H:
➢ Biz’s should provide W’s w/ protective clothing e.g: gloves & footwear
➢ Biz’s must comply w/ regulations such as OHSA/COIDA, regarding H&S of emp’s.
