Which is the most likely utilitarian option? And why do you say this?

It is morally unacceptable for a single child to die of a preventable disease
and we should collectively fix this irrespective of the cost.
What do you feel about this option?
No child should be disadvantaged from the beginning of his or her life! If
everyone can have a fair chance at life especially if it is to do with
something that can prevented then it should be made possible. The cost
might be something that breaks your thinking BUT there is a lot of money
being wasted and stolen every day. Re-allocation of resources can
