Mos modules only allow PDF formatted files to be uploaded. • Read the Honesty Declaration statement. • If you agree with the Honesty Declaration statement, type I AGREE in the text box. You cannot continue with the upload process if you do not complete the requirements of the declaration. • Click on the Continue button.
