Projects- something planned or created to achieve a certain purpose over time
Citizenship- belonging to a particular country and following the rules of that country. Accepting
all the responsibilities and enjoying all the rights of being a citizen.

 Aware of, respecting and promoting human rights
 Obeying the law
 Voting paying taxes
 Take part in events

HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS AND DISCRIMINATION
 Bill of rights sets out our basic rights- right to be treated equally, have a safe work environment,
have basic healthcare etc.
 Discrimination- treating people unfairly/unjustly because they are different from you in some way.
This violates the bill of rights which states everyone must be treated fairly
 Human rights violations going against or interfering with someone’s legal right to something
 You can take part in discussions, campaigns, projects or events which promote human rights and
help to improve the country
