Let op: aangezien het boek in het Engels is geschreven en ik niet teveel wilde afwijken van de stof, heb ik het ook overgenomen in het Engels. Dit is makkelijk weer terug te vertalen met behulp van Word. Alles dan het boek is wel gewoon in het Nederlands!
