This dissertation investigates the causes of high employee turnover at Hilton Garden Inn Abingdon and evaluates strategies to improve employee retention. Using a mixed-methods approach, the study examines the influence of management style, compensation and benefits, workload, work-life balance, career development, and organisational culture on employee retention within the UK hospitality industry.
