Notes for my EAPI for rugby on the new 2016 specification. This EAPI achieved 27/30 marks - an A* - and was marked by my teacher who is an OCR moderator. It includes strengths and weaknesses of the performance, a justification for the chosen skill, an action plan - which includes both skill sessions and gym sessions - and theory is linked appropriately throughout.
