This document contains Strengths and weaknesses for tactical, fitness and skills in rugby. It contains a justified priority weakness (Tackling) and a timescale with justification as well as using SMART to measure progression. It then contains 3 microcycles with progressions included as well as adaptations (Psychological and physiological) from each microcycle.

Notes for my EAPI for rugby on the new 2016 specification. This EAPI achieved 27/30 marks - an A* - and was marked by my teacher who is an OCR moderator. It includes strengths and weaknesses of the performance, a justification for the chosen skill, an action plan - which includes both skill sessions and gym sessions - and theory is linked appropriately throughout.
