What does the AND instruction do?

Performs a Boolean AND operation between each pair of matching bits in two operands.

What instruction is used to shift multiple unsigned bit to the right?

SHR dest, CL (CL is the number of shifts)

What does RCL (rotate carry left) instruction do?

Shifts the bits of the destination to the left. The MSB is shifted into CF, and the previous value of CF is shifted into the rightmost bit.
