Canada), or Ireland, which meets or exceeds the recognised standard of a
bachelor’s degree, master’s degree or doctorate awarded in the UK.
His degree was taught in a university in a majority English-speaking country listed
in Appendix English Language para EL 4.1, namely Oregon State University in
the United States of America.
How will he prove that? Appendix English Language para EL 5.3 provides that
the requirement at para EL 5.2 must be proven by one of: (a) a certificate from
the awarding body, Oregon State University: or (b) a transcript issued by Oregon
State University, the university that awarded the qualification; or (c) an official
letter from Oregon State University, the university that awarded the qualification
containing information equivalent to a degree certificate.
