Glucose bepaling in plasma via de Somogyi-Nelson methode

Proteïne precipitatie + colorimetrische reactie

Kwantificatie: UV-spectrofotometrie

Colorimetrische reactie:

- Koper reagens  oxidatie glucose

• Reductie koper (Cu+2  Cu2O)

- Arsenomolybdaat reagens  kleuring

• Oxidatie koper (Cu2O  Cu +2 )

• Reductie arsenomolybdaat = kleuring
