intentionally/ knowingly and with force takes/attempts to take from a peace ofl- cer/federal investigator/ oflcial their
nightstick, stun gun, personal protection chemical dispensing device wih intention of harming oflcer or a third person. person is
presumed to know if distinctive uniform or badge worn or if oflcer identifies himself

11. Sec. 38. 15. Interference with Public Duties: person interferes with Criminal Negligence with peace
oflcer, EMS, animal (under supervision of oflcial), fire fighter (fighting fire/investigating fire) while performing duty imposed by law
or transmission of communication over citizens band radio channel to inquire about emergency Class B Misdemeanor

against child and fails to assist or immediately report ottense if actor could assist without suttering sbi or death
