Exam technique
State law, explain it if nec + Apply relevant facts
Conclude / advise if asked to do so
Stat – MA – Art – Clause refs [be specific] only know Browne v La Trinidad; know principles of cases but don’t need to cite
If one or 2 SH not in favour = need voting but if all agreed DON’T WORRY ABOUT IT IN PROCEDURE PLAN
Do analysis likely before the procedure plan [no need to repeat analysis]
o Say ‘see above resolutions laid out above’ or sth
o When voting don’t need to repeat resolution just say OR = >50%; SR 75% and quote statutes
o If all are agreed – say passed unanimously on show of hands as all agreed
o If adjourn – NQV – as before can be stated in exam
o PMMs – name of forms + statute references + time limit [no need to memorise form names]

If question specifically asks you not to use SHORT NOTICE PROCEDURE then do not use
