personal and professional lives. Studies indicate that women with ADHD are more likely to

support and interventions crucial (Quinn & Madhoo, 2014). Addressing these needs

through specialized career counseling and support programs can significantly improve

their quality of life and professional success.

Women with Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) represent a subset

of the population that experiences the core symptoms of ADHD—such as inattention,

hyperactivity, and impulsivity—in unique ways that are often overlooked or

misunderstood. ADHD in women can manifest differently than in men, with a higher

prevalence of inattentive symptoms and emotional dysregulation, leading to frequent

underdiagnosis and misdiagnosis (Quinn & Madhoo, 2014).
