,Introduction:
Recently, I have joined a company as a project manager, my job is to
successfully deliver a project for a client which in this case is Love Look.
Me and my team are going to be working through this project and create a
website for Love Look which should meet a variety of requirements. The
first requirement is this website should be easy to navigate around, it
should have a simple to use, user-interface and the load/response time
should be fairly quick. Since I am the project manager it is my job to
ensure this project will be delivered successfully without any major issues
occurring which could significantly impact the success of this project for
our client.

What is the purpose?
The website which me and my team are going to develop for Love Look
will have various purposes which all these purposes will allow Love Look to
expand into the e-commerce market and increase their sales which will
help them to increase the profit margin of Love Look. Below, I will be
speaking about the different purposes for the website we will be creating
for Love Look.
The first purpose of the website will be to allow customers to place orders
remotely from the comfort of their home or from another country if they
are abroad. This is a huge benefit to Love Look because this will allow the
customers of Love Look to order the clothes they want or accessories
through the website and get it delivered directly to their home wherever it
may be across the UK or across the world. This is important because some
customers may be busy during the opening hours of Love Look which
means when the Love Look store is opened, some customers may be
working so they can order the items they want and get it delivered to their
house instead of having to travel to the store.
The next purpose of the Love Look website will be to allow customers to
contact the business through the website whether that is for giving
reviews to the items from Love Look or making a complaint or just having
an enquiry. This is extremely important as the communication between
Love Look and their customers will be crucial to enhance customer
satisfaction and the overall customer experience. Another reason this is
important is if the customers receive an order and there are items missing
and for some reason the phone lines for Love Look are down, the
customers will be able to contact the business through the website by
leaving their details and the issue they are dealing with.
The third purpose of the Love Look website will be so customers can see
the whole stock and items that Love Look are selling in their store. The
website is extremely important for this because in the actual store, certain
products may not be in the store however customers will be able to see
these products and items such as clothing or bags on the website and
place the order through there and have the item delivered directly to their
home. This will increase the sales of Love Look because customers may
