Tension Between the Sisters
● The sisters’ relationship revolves around hatred, especially with the
envy caused by Pepe el Romano.
○ La relación entre las hermanas gira alrededor del odio,
especialmente con la envidia causada por Pepe el Romano.
● The atmosphere of hatred created by Bernarda’s oppressive command
makes the daughters turn against each other.
