Great, well I am sure I will be able help you here today.

Time constraints
 I realise there’s a lot for us to get through this morning. I have estimated that this
interview will take 30 minutes. I have no other commitments; do you need to leave
at any particular time?

Structure
 Great. So, briefly, for the structure of today’s interview. First, I will ask you to give
me some background details as to why you have come to see me. Then I will ask
you some more questions so I have all the information I need and will take some
notes. Finally, when I have a fuller picture, I will explain what your legal position is
and what options I think are open to you.
