• Meaning is an intention of communicating something and is indirectly
expressed
2. Define and or describe the concept of direction.
• Is the path followed to reach a specified destination followed either by
management, an individual or something!
3. Define and or describe the ethical foundation of a group.
• You must meet the minimum requirements for you to be a member of a
certain group. It is the point of choosing the good and abandoning the bad.
4. Given your present or past work, volunteer, life, or school experience, think of
a group that you were either a leader or follower. What does (did) this group
believe and ascribe to in terms of its ethical foundation?
• A form of togetherness and mutual understanding is there within the same
environment and acts as a source of belonging.
5. Define and or describe policy statements of an organization. So, in answering
this question, refer to your present or past work, volunteer, life, or school
experience. If that does not work, use the text, the Internet, and or Wikipedia
and search organizational policy statements.
• A set of rules placed to govern the people within the organization and give
them a unique feature to operate independently and depended to other
related organizations

factors. Cultural factors are beliefs, ideologies, and policies that influence the
ways in which things are done in an organization, such as diversity, openness,
open door policies, internal promotion, and things such as those.

• The community is built on the foundation that there is good relation
amongst the members and the culture around them.

(did) cultural factors impact the value system of your workgroup or
organization?
- The cultural factors influence Amazon is the market share they get from
the surrounding community
- A good relationship encourages customers to be part of the team whilst
troubled relationship with the culture destroys them.
9. Given your present or past work, volunteer, life, or school experience, list and
discuss up to five cultural factors that you would like to change in your present
or past organization and how you would go about changing them if you were
the leader?
▪ Balancing the objectives of the organization with that of the culture through
cultural participation
▪ Have the policy to compare the groups within the organization

10. How do environmental changes affect group values?
▪ It may deviate the attention of some of the members of the group like rain
and floods to focus more about there lives as compared to that of the group.
