Een belangrijke vraag doorheen alle lessen: Is comparative law about the study of similarities or differences? → Sommige auteurs vinden
voorbeeld van. → Anderen vinden dat het enkel om differences gaat. Legrand is hier een voorbeeld van. Hij zei zelfs dat comparative law
eigenlijk gwn de culturen en hoe vss culturen naar recht kijken. CL is dan niet langer een science, meer eerder een humanity study.
