Vennootschapsrecht

= Het recht dat de werking van vennootschappen regelt (bevoegdheden organen,
verplichtingen en beperkingen bij de uitoefening van activiteiten, interne conflicten,
aandelen, oprichting en einde, ...)  WVV

Marktrecht

= Regels door ondernemingen te respecteren bij het aanbieden van hun goederen en
diensten, ter bescherming van de concurrenten en consumenten  WER + bijzondere

(2) Internationaal recht
a. Richtlijnen = Rechtsregels door de EU opgelegd en door de lidstaten nog zelf in
hun nationale wetgeving op te nemen. Wetgeving vanuit de EU die bindende
instructies geeft aan lidstaten. Als dit niet gebeurt binnen bepaalde termijn, dan
is dat pech voor de consument. Geen directe/ rechtstreekse werking.
