Tell me about yourself - ANSWERI am a positive, resilient, and hard-working person
who can work very well either on my own or as part of a wider team. I have applied
to become an Amazon DSP b/c I feel it suits my goals and ambitions and I want the
challenge of running my own successful business. I have worked in previous
situations where I have had to handle stress and pressure and I am very comfortable
with it. I would also consider myself to be a people person and I can be trusted to
deliver excellent customer service
*How would you promote safety within your team?* - ANSWERI would always
ensure both myself and anyone in my team were aware of their responsibilities under
the relevant safety legislation and procedures, and I would make sure people in my
team had the relevant safety training to do their jobs competently
What experience do you have of running a business - ANSWERAlthough I never ran
a business before, I do know what it takes to be successful in one. My father had his
own business and I have also been reading several books on the subject. Running a
business takes passion above everything else. You must be enthusiastic about your
business or it will not succeed.
WHAT MAKES A GREAT LEADER - ANSWERThere are a number of things that
make a great leader. You must always step up and take responsibility when things
get wrong. You must always insist on the highest standards and make sure everyone
else within your team does the same. You must motivate people within your team to
enable them to improve, develop, and be the best they can possibly be, and you
must always act as a positive role model.
