Training Officer/G3 Responsibilities - ANS Training SME DTMS updates, METL T/P/U & Y/Q/N assessments, I/CS/P proficiencies/dates, Live Fire proficiency/date, # Training Days required to reach 100% T-METL, training comments, CBRN T-days, and ensuring T-level data is accurately reported. Commander Responsibilities - ANS Owner Final approval of C-level, A-level, prioritized shortages, comments, and concerns for entry into NetUSR. What is NetUSR? - ANS Web-based Army readiness input tool Net-centric component of DRRS-A Facilitates entering / reviewing readiness status information (Commander's Unit Status Report) Data entry for: - Basic unit information - Equipment on-hand status / equipment readiness status - Personnel status - Training status Automated selection/retrieval of MTOE information Services to retrieve data from automated systems for readiness status reports Process readiness information using NetUSR What is the C level - ANS The "C-level" is the overall unit readiness metric established by the Joint Staff. C-levels reflect the unit's ability to accomplish core functions, provide designed capabilities, and execute the standardized METs.
