Section 2: 1H and 13C NMR Spectroscopy
Introduction:
I will now begin to match the NMR spectra to 4 different compounds based on characteristic such as
spitting pattern and chemical shift. NMR spectra provides information about the chemical structure
of the compound, which is then reflected in form of peaks on the spectrum. In order to help provide
insight into the structure of the compound and identifying the functional group, the spitting pattern
and chemical shift will be used. by analysing these characteristic than I will be able to match each of
the NMR spectrum to the given compound.
