, Introduction
The thesis on human behavior about how they react and manage any organizational
circumstances is known as organizational behavior (Chan, 2002). A wide area of human
behavior in different contexts like individual curriculum, group work, and uncertain
organizational situations is also analyzed in here. Based on the reaction of people within an
organization, it is possible to define the nature of culture, power, and politics. This assignment is
based on clarifying the influence of different culture, power and politics about an organization
which is exposed as an article. In later part, the assignment reflects the effectiveness of
teamwork where individual behavior, group performance are also measured to have an
outstanding outcome. The chosen organization is Le Meridian which is a tourism hospitality
based industry.
