I work with well everyone, but many people found it hard to work with an older employee who was often negative. So what I found to be most effective is to talk as postively and if she continued I would switch the subject. I also took the time to have a conversation with her. By doing that I gained a good rapport with her and better understanding which allowed me to gauge other interaction with her. Why do you want to work from Frontier? I would like to be a Flight Attendant for Frontier Airlines, because I have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to interact with a diverse customer base on a professional and personal level. Frontier has proven to be more family and customer care oriented than others with the slogan " where a different animal". Apologize for the inconvenience, assure the passenger that we are doing all we can at this time to help them have a safe trip and that we appreciate them as customers. It is not only a flight attendants job to serve drinks and greet people.
