P5 - Demonstrate working as part of a team towards achieving specific goals, dealing with
any conflict or difficult situations as a team leader.

04/05/2018 On this day our teacher taught us the theory about the
task and then he randomly put us into different teams of
three. In my team it was myself, Michael and Kaesha. Our
task was to make a presentation as a team, each person
in the team had to cover one question they can chose and
make a certain number of slides related to that the
question, which meant research was meant to take place.
07/05/2018 On this day our team got together and made some
agreements. We all chose what question to work on and
we also promised to arrange a meeting that we as a team
got together and spoke about what work we have done so
far and to give feedback to each other. On this day a
conflict arises of how many slides each person has to do,
so we dealt with this problem by saying everyone will have
to do minimum of three slides.
11/05/2018 This was the day of the meeting at the library, we all got
together and discussed what work we have done so far,
each person had to discuss about what work they have
done. Each person also had to give some sort of
feedback, I have feedback to both Michael and Kaesha to
make sure they link the question and talk about how as a
team can be linked back to the theory about teams. So
that being either Tuckman and Belbin theories. From here
we each made some sort of improvements.
16/05/2018 This was the day we as a team who worked really well
managed to finish the task, so we put all the slides that
each person made together, forming one big presentation
that we all created as a team.
P6 - Review the team’s overall effectiveness, together with your contribution to achieving the
goals, receiving and providing feedback to other team members.
In this task I will be writing a review about how my team managed to achieve our set goals
and objectives, I would also be talking about all the feedback that we received and provided
to the team members.
The characteristics and roles within the team
The team I was involved in to complete this task had myself, Michael and Kaesha. The team
did work well together as we firstly managed to identify which question we were going to do
research and make a powerpoint presentation on. We wanted to distribute the work equally
