Group/Team Work Log
Module: People Management for the Tourism, Hospitality and Events Industries.
Assessment Aim: To evaluate people management & development theory in the context of human resource management and
work practices in different hospitality businesses and critically analyse the reality of complex people management & development situations from a
variety of perspectives and in a strategic context.
Group Objectives set:
1. Human Resource Management in THEM.
2. Recruitment of Employees.
3. Training of Employees.
4. Methods of Retainment.
5. Current examples and trends in the industry.
The group should agree roles for each of the members at the beginning of the task and this group log should be complete by the end of the task.
