, Purpose of the business case prac ce
The purpose of the business case prac ce is to establish mechanisms to judge whether a
project is (and remains) desirable, viable, and achievable.
- Centre of any impact assessment of risks, issues, and changes by asking the ques on:
o How will this risk, issue, or change affect the viability of the business case and the
business objec ves and benefits sought?
- Business jus fica on

o Also about understanding the value of a project
