Last week, Axel granted Brendan the following rights over Greenacre:
1. (a) the right to attach a satellite dish to the wall of the house;
2. (b) the right to use the washing machine located in the lean-to;
3. (c) the right to use a small shelf in the greenhouse for the purpose of growing chillies
to be sold in Brendan’s shop; and
4. (d) the right to use the garden shed for storage.
