Directions: This is a 20-item PRACTICE TEST for HOSA members who wish to become
familiar with the format of using a grid Scantron answer form.

Please use the sample grid to write and bubble-in your responses, and then check your work.
This format will be used for the Medical Math event at the National Leadership Conference and
MAY be used at your State Leadership Conference (check with your state advisor). There are
50 test items to solve and fill in on the grid, and 10 multi-step tie-breaker questions with fill-in-
the-blank responses.
