,Executive Summary
International expansion refers to the internalization process of businesses when they expand their
business to a different country. Keeping the business within the home market can limit the potential
of gaining more profit. Expanding to another country enables the company to enter new territories
and build a new customer base which dramatically increases their selling. T his report will justify
why expanding on an international level would be an excellent idea for the mentioned
company. Then it will critically explain the recommended country and why the country would
be a better option for the company with justified reasons. Along with that it will also discuss
different barriers that the company might face while expanding to the global market. Lastly, it
will critically evaluate a relevant implementation approach for their internationalization
process for the specified target market based on the analysis (Li et al., 2020).
