As the project manager, along with the CFO, CEO, finance department, thebillingdepartment,andcustomercareserviceswillworktogethertoensurethe project is a success. The success of the project shall be attributed to thefactthatthebillingcyclesarereducedtomorethan30%eachmonth,aswellashavingdynamicreportgenerationandspeeduptransactionsandresponsetimes.
