, Qualitative data
• "Qualitative data is the descriptive and conceptual findings collect
through questionnaires, interviews, or observation. Analyzing
qualitative data allows us to explore ideas and further explain
quantitative results."
• "Qualitative data describes qualities or characteristics."
• This means data that is not a particular number. For example, the
gender or name of an athlete. Another example is saying an athlete
very strong instead of saying how much weight they are lifting.
